Payment

We accept payment through Telegraphic Transfer, Western Union, Business Cheques, personal Cheques and Visa and Master Cards. Please note t if the payment is made through Cheque the goods shall not be dispatched unless the cheque is cleared.

Delivery Time

We dispatch the products with in three working days. In case of custom orders or if we are out of stock we shall inform you about the delivery time prior to the payment.

Shipping

Once the order is complete and the gross weight of the package is determined we shall provide you with the total cost in relation to shipping option and based on our experience what would also advice of the best option available to you. We would highly recommend on the two options mentioned below.

UPS

One shipping option that we have is UPS. We find this is the safest, fastest and most convenient method of shipping for parcels up to 50 Kg. The product is delivered to your door step and there is no need to worry about a clearing agent and other formalities as it is done by UPS.

Air Freight

WE recommend air freight for larger Packages i.e 50 Kg and more. This will involve hiring a clearing at the point of origin as well at the airport of final destination. We shall arrange the formalities at our end but the customer shall have to do the clearance at the airport of origin. The customer shall be informed well in advance about the flight, Airway bill No and either scanned or faxed copies of relevant documents.

Insurance

In case if the buyer wants to insure the products they would have to bear  the cost of insurance. Personally we have never faced any shortage in terms of products but that does not by any means is a suggestion that we take responsibility in case of any mishap.

Customer Responsibility and Rights

The buyer shall inform the company within 5 days after the receipt of goods about any shortage.

The customer can return the goods and claim a refund in case they don’t like the merchandise. The customer shall be responsible for freight and all related cost that are incurred in case of a refund. As our focus is customer satisfaction in case the customer is of the view that the merchandise is of not the desired quality or not value for money, subject to our approval we can issue a discount voucher that can be used towards the next purchase being made.

Minimum Order

As we are a whole sale website only the Minimum order to be placed with us can not be less than USD 500. Any order below that value shall not be entertained. Customer interested in buying our merchandise below that value can see us in one of our shows.
